Ashburton College students are expected to wear the correct school uniform. Uniform items can be purchased from Ashburton College, Tots to Teens, and The Warehouse, depending on the item.
Navy or black soft shell, fleece, or waterproof jacket. Hoodies are not permitted.

Ashburton College regulation grey socks with red and navy bands are to be worn with shorts or lavalava. Plain white ankle socks are to be worn with the blue and white check skirt. Navy or black knee high socks are to be worn with the kilt.

Plain black or brown lace up, slip on, or buckled T bar style shoes.
The following footwear is not permitted: platform shoes, boots, or sandals. Shoes must sit below the ankle bone.

Blazer, lavalava, beanie, bucket hat, cap, scarf, and regulation vest.
A plain navy blue or black hijab may also be worn.
For Year 9 and 10 Physical Education, students require an Ashburton College regulation PE top, available from Tots to Teens, and plain navy or black shorts.
Studs are permitted. Due to health and safety requirements, loop, ring, or dangling piercings are not permitted.
Hair should be clean and tidy. Long hair must be tied up in Technology rooms, laboratories, and during physical activities in PE for health and safety reasons.
